Privacy notice

This notice explains what Bookings Lab does with the details you give us on this site. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we collect your first and last name, your work email, your company, and, if you choose to add them, your company website, your role and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you put in the message.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request, such as preparing your buyer map and replying to you about it. We do not add you to a list or use your details for anything you did not ask for. If you reply "stop" at any point, we will not contact you again.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to twelve months so we have a record of the conversation, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Your details are seen by the people at Bookings Lab who handle your request. We do not sell your information, rent it or trade it with anyone.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. We do not follow you around the web. The fonts on this site load from a font service, which receives the standard technical details any browser sends when it loads a page.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To do that, email us at nina.carter@bookingslab.co or send a note through our contact form. We will confirm once it is done.

Changes

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page.
